چکیده

Purpose of the research: study clinical and epidemiological characteristics Acute Hepatitis B with Delta agent (AHD) in Kyrgyzstan. Materials Methods: State Reporting Forms No. 1 “Report on infectious parasitic disease” for 1999-2018 were reviewed. The data 115 patients AHD analyzed, who received inpatient treatment 2000-2018, Bishkek. was processed by Epi Info 3.8.1. Results. In Kyrgyzstan, only 129 cases (0,12 ‰00) detected reviewed period, which 97,7 times lower than incidence free (AHB). Over rime, rate has decreased 14,6 a base decline at level 6,8%. cumulative average men 2,4 higher compared to women (0,17 ‰00 0,07 , women, respectively) 1,4 general population level. Analysis laboratory indicated that disease associated medical interventions 61,7% ± 4,5 (71/115). most frequently reported causes infection surgical dental (50,7% 5,9 35,2% 9,5, respectively). Of analyzed 109 age group 16+, 60 (55%) had as co-infection, 49 (45%) - superinfection. 30% (33/109) severe course, twice common superinfection (43%, 21/49). Conclusion: low still high prevalence hepatitis country, presence “superinfection” half observed HBsAg-positive status does not reflect true situation indicates need examine all AHV D order exclude underdiagnoses. more course superinfection, requires increased prevention surveillance chronic HB.

Viral hepatitis B: clinical and epidemiological characteristics.

It is now 50 years since the discovery of the hepatitis B virus (HBV), and, despite the availability of a prophylactic vaccine for more than 20 years, HBV infection remains a disease of significant global health burden. It is estimated that more than 240 million people are chronically infected with HBV and, therefore, are at risk for the development of cirrhosis, hepatic decompensation, and hep...

Relapse of acute B viral hepatitis--role of delta agent.

Serologic markers for delta agent were evaluated in 39 patients with acute hepatitis B and clinical relapse within 30 days from the initial episode. Eighteen of the 39 patients (46%) had evidence of acute delta infection. Delta antigenaemia preceded the appearance of antibodies in seven of these 18 patients; delta antigenaemia occurred during the initial episode of illness and the appearance of...

ABSTRACT Background: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in patients who lack detectable hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) is called occult hepatitis B infection. Such infections have been frequently identified in patients with chronic hepatitis Cliver disease, but their prevalence is not known. Methods: 207 patients with chronic hepatitis C who were HCV -RNA and antiHCV positive were stu...

Hepatitis A: Clinical, Epidemiological and Molecular Characteristics

Hepatitis A virus (HAV) is a member of the Hepatovirus genus of Picornaviridae family. HAV is a non-enveloped (naked), linear, single stranded RNA virus of an icosahedral symmetry measuring 27-32 nm in diameter (Feinstone, 1973). The infectious particle consists of capsid protein and RNA genome (Fig. 1). The buoyant density of the mature particle is 1.33g/cm3 in CsCl solutions and the sedimenta...
